The survey becomes a fixed written quote: materials, labour, access and waste all itemised, added up to one number. That number doesn’t move. If we uncover something extra mid-job, nothing happens until you’ve seen it and agreed a price for it — in writing, first.
The work, done tidily
We turn up when we said, protect the drive and garden, clear waste daily and keep the neighbours sweet. You’ll get photos as the job progresses — especially the bits you can’t see from the ground.
Signed off & guaranteed
We walk the finished roof with you, on camera. Only when you’re happy do we hand over the paperwork — including your 18-year guarantee in writing. Then the van leaves, and the roof just gets on with its job.

For anything letting water in, we treat it as urgent — usually same or next day for an emergency patch to make things safe and dry. Standard surveys are typically booked within a few days, and we’ll give you an honest start date for the work itself when we quote, not a guess.
Our workmanship, in writing, handed over when we sign the job off with you. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did it, we come back and put it right — no quibbling, no call-out fee. Manufacturer warranties on materials sit on top of that.
They’ll be protected before a single tile moves — boards down, areas sheeted, and waste loaded and cleared daily rather than left in a heap. We work tidy because we’re local: your neighbours are our next customers.
